Please allow 24 hours (Friday registrations not guaranteed until the following Monday) from the time of registration to receive your log on credentials and course administration to be processed. Credit Card payment is preferred. For check payments, access to registered on-demand trainings will not be granted until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be allowed for these courses once they have been processed by the JAHMA office. Substitutions are allowed under the following conditions: must be within the 14 days of access, and the original employee did not access the Edge2Learn portal. Student's information will not be sold or distributed to any third party without prior written consent of the student. Taking the course does not constitute consent.
