Engineers Log Book for the Operation & Maintenance of Boiler Rooms: Prepared in conjunction with EVCO Mechanical Corporation. Each logbook entry shall be signed by a licensed operator, dated, with time and comments. A minimum 1 entry every 2 hours, while building is occupied, unless otherwise specified by an Exception 6 program. Maintain logbook and all inspection, insurance, and licensed operator certificates on display in boiler room.
