Fees and reasonable expenses for the course are an approved project expense.

Membership Requirement
Individuals MUST be listed as a representative under their respective membership levels to receive member benefits. Exclusions include maintenance staff and Vendor Members. Contact admin@jahma.org if you would like to verify your membership status.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded less a $75 cancellation charge if the cancellation is received in writing 14 days prior to the event. Within 14 days of the event, no refunds are available but substitutions are allowed.

Continuing Education Credits Provided by this Program
The National Affordable Housing Management Association provides 6.5 credits toward the National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP) Certification. JAHMA sessions are recognized by many other professional organizations. Credits from these organizations may apply. NJHMFA provides 0.5 points toward the 2024 Managing Agent Evaluation. Credit box will be stamped when evaluation survey is turned in.
