  • Show Date: Thursday, May 1, 2025

    Set Up: Please arrive to set up between 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 1.

    EXHIBIT SPACES WILL BE ASSISGNED – ONLY SET UP AT YOUR ASSIGNED SPACE. DO NOT SET UP OR DROP OFF YOUR EXHIBIT ITEMS BEFORE 7 AM.

    The area is not securely monitored; neither JAHMA nor Borgata are responsible for items left unattended. Exhibit spaces must be set up by 8 a.m. for the Atlantic City Fire Marshal’s Inspection.

    Breakdown: The last education session is a general session from 3:30 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. Breakdown of your table top display will take place at the conclusion of the general session.

  • The floor plan with Table Assignments will be emailed prior to one week before the event.

    Exhibit Spaces are assigned. You are NOT permitted to set up before 7 am on Thursday, May 1ST.

    JAHMA will assign exhibit spaces based on first come, first paid registrations to ensure similar service providers sufficient spacing of table locations and/or due to electricity order requirements. AGAIN - DO NOT SET UP OR DROP OFF YOUR EXHIBIT ITEMS BEFORE 7 AM.

  • This conference is being held at The Borgata Hotel & Casino in their Event Center. You will receive your name badge as well as tickets for all conference events, including the evening JAHMA Foundation Fundraiser networking reception.

  • Registration begins for conference attendees at 8 a.m. Our last session is a general session from 3:30 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. Breakdown of your table top display will take place at the conclusion of the general session.

  • The JAHMA Foundation Fundraiser networking reception starts at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1 in Salon D.

    You are also invited to breakfast, including the NAHMA Program and Mental Health Players of NJ session on Friday, May 2, however there are no exhibit displays on Friday.

  • • Table Top Display – Table with two chairs included. We are limited to tabletop displays only. No wall hangings or freestanding displays can be accommodated, however pull up/retractable banners are permitted.

    • Signage at the Spring Management Event & in the Program Guide

    • Company Logo posted on conference website and conference app

    • Exhibit Table with two attendees and tickets to all events

    • Wireless internet is available throughout Event Center

  • LOAD-IN Instructions: You will have to unload and carry in your exhibit items from the self-park parking garage. If you would like to use The Borgata’s bell services, there will be a cart fee.

    If your company needs to ship anything ahead of time to Borgata, please ship to the attending representative’s attention. The boxes will be sent to the front desk and the “hold for” named attendee will pick them up from there. There is a $5.00 per box, per day charge.

  • Requests for power will be done on-site at the Borgata Electrics Table on setup day, Thurs, May 1. The Borgata Electrics Table will be located in the Exhibitor venue.

  • A block of rooms is available for $112 per night plus tax and resort fee. Call 609-317-1000 and mention group code GBJRL25 or book online. Group Block rate expires April 7, 2025. Reservation requests received after the Cut-Off Date may be accepted at Borgata’s discretion on a space available basis at the prevailing rate.

  • Additional Exhibit Attendee may be signed up at the conference attendee, early bird member rate. Email admin@jahma.org with the names and emails of additional attendees.

  • A list of conference attendee names by company will be sent in advance to all registered exhibitors. E-Mail addresses of attendees are not distributed.
