Property Membership
Property Membership in JAHMA is available to Regular Member companies who are owners of such buildings. Please list properties owned and/or managed, using additional sheets if necessary.

Benefits extend to all maintenance staff. Property Membership has four levels:

  • Small: One manager or administrator is eligible for member benefits.

  • Medium: Two managers or administrators are eligible for member benefits.

  • Large: Three managers or administrators are eligible for member benefits.

  • Very Large: Four or more managers or administrators are eligible for member benefits.
