Job Description: Join us as an Assistant Property Manager at our beautiful multi-family apartment community in New Brunswick NJ. This is a fast-pace and engaging role where you will be performing variety of tasks to support a Property Manager with daily leasing and administrative functions.
Pay: $32 per hour + Quarterly Incentives

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Experience working in multi-family property management industry
Knowledge of Affordable Housing Programs such as HUD and Tax Credit programs
Bi-Lingual in Spanish, preferably conversational to assist residents
Ability to take responsibility for performance of the community, the well-being of residents and the collaborative success of the team.
Perform leasing duties, including managing wait list, working with applicants, leasing tours and processing new resident applications.
Manage move-ins and lease renewals
Complete resident income recertifications.
Be able to advocate, organize, problem solve and obtain results for the residents and the community.
Customer service skills are important in this role.
Assist the property with resident engagement activities
Key Qualifications:
Ability to take responsibility for performance of the community, the well-being of residents and the collaborative success of the team.
English - Spanish Bilingual is a must
Ability to effectively communicate with all members of the organization
Experience with administrative and leasing functions, especially within residential property management
Desire to bring his/her A-game to work every day
Knowledge of affordable housing programs such as Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) or HUD is beneficial
